Finance Manager / Controller - Funds (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

Administration von Venture Capital und Private Equity Investments (geschlossene Funds und Direktbeteiligungen)
Quartalsweise Erstellung und Erarbeitung von Fonds- und Investorenreportings
Eigenständige Vorbereitung der Buchhaltung, Jahresabschlüsse und Steuererklärungen, sowie Schnittstelle zu Steuerberatern
Verantwortung für das regulatorische Meldewesen zu u.a. der BaFin und Bundesbank
Liquiditätsmanagement der Fondsgesellschaften, Erstellung von Kapitalabrufen und Ausschüttungen
Unterstützung des Investment-Teams in allen Aufgaben des operativen Geschäfts
Allgemeine, projektbezogene und organisatorische Aufgaben

Das bringst Du mit

Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Finanzen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem ähnlichen Bereich. Idealerweise mindestens 2-3 Jahre Praxiserfahrung in den Bereichen Venture Capital, Private Equity, Fundadministration / -controlling, Unternehmensberatung, Corporate Finance, Investmentbanking und / oder Wirtschaftsprüfung
Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
Hohe Lern- und Leistungsbereitschaft
Fortgeschrittene Microsoft Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Your key responsibilities

Support our venture capital & private equity funds
Manage our cash flow at fund level including execution of distributions and capital calls
Prepare the quarterly fund and investor reports as well as ad-hoc analyses
Further development of reporting processes and databases
Responsibility for regulatory reporting
Interface to tax advisors for fund accounting including annual financial statements and tax returns
Communicate to/with our investors and investments on all relevant operational topics

What you’ll need

Academic degree with business/financial specialization or completed commercial training
Practical experience in venture capital/private equity, fund administration/controlling, corporate finance, investment banking and/or auditing
Good communication skills and be a team player
Affinity for numbers and understanding of corporate structures
Independent and diligent approach to work as well as a quick grasp of business issues
High proficiency in English
MS-Office skills at an advanced level as well as confident handling of IT applications
