Your key responsibilities

As Finance Manager and Controller for our funds, you will play a key role in ensuring to the efficient administration and transparent reporting of our Venture Capital and Private Equity funds. With 2-3 years of relevant experience you will ensure that our fund operations run smoothly, that we meet our regulatory obligations, and that investors receive accurate, insightful reports. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Fund Administration: Administration of venture capital and private equity investments (closed-end funds and direct investments)
  • Quarterly Fund & Investor Reporting: Preparing and developing quarterly reports for our funds and investors.
  • Liquidity Management: Coordinating the liquidity management of fund entities, including the preparation and execution of capital calls and distributions. Closely monitoring cash flows to support the operational needs of each fund.
  • Investment Team Support: Providing operational support to the investment team to provide operational support across all fund-related activities to help ensure transactions  and processes are executed efficiently and in alignment with fund objectives.
  • Project & Organizational Tasks: Handling of general, project-based, and organizational responsibilities, contributing to the continuous improvement of fund administration and operational workflows.

What you’ll need

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can translate complex fund activities into clear, actionable reports, and who can thrive in a collaborative, regulated environment focused on private markets and alternative investments.The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, business administration, or a similar field. Ideally, at least 2-3 years of practical experience in venture capital, private equity, fund administration/controlling, management consulting, corporate finance, investment banking, and/or auditing
  • An independent and thorough approach to work and quick comprehension
  • Strong customer and service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented approach to work
  • A high willingness to learn and perform
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English skills (working language)
